WHO WE ARE
PAOLA VARLET
"I’m Paola VARLET, manager of the 360° Team. I have been involved in the project My Student Swap during my first year master degree in International People Management at the ESCE. Our objective is to promote the exchange of goods and services between the students living in Paris.
As Manager of the 360° team I have discovered that this department is one of the vital organs of the project. It enables a better comprehension of hidden ties in the team but also to get information in order to resolve internal problem. This project gave me the chance to discover how a company works in terms of people and relationships.
I have a real passion for Asia especially China, that’s why after graduating I would like to work there in the Human Ressources field. More especially as a headhunter for Chinese companies looking for creative western profiles. I’m sure that my experience as 360° manager in My Student Swap will be a main asset for my future."
JENNI HELVOLA
"I’m Jenni HELVOLA, member of the 360° Team. I’m originally from Finland. I’ve been a part of the project My Student Swap during my second year in bachelor degree at ESCE Paris with the aim of creating the platform where the students in Paris can buy, rent, share or giveaway their goods and services.
As part of the 360° team I got to work with people from every department of the association I learned how important feedback is inside of the company. This kind of work is something that I am interested in doing in the future.
After graduating, my goal is to work in human resources in a multinational company. I like to work with people and I’m interested in communication and relationships between different parts of company."
