OUR GOALS
ACTION PLAN
The 360° department have the mission to create an efficient and pleasant environment where each member is aware of his own potential as an individual and as part of a team.
We decided to launch two evaluations: the first, during the middle of the project and the second at the end of the semester. We hope that thanks to these two evaluations the members will know how others perceive them and their work, ultimately allowing them to do their best to make progress and finally feel like a key piece of the puzzle.
Why two evaluations?
The first one will draw a general picture of how your colleagues perceive you, your work and make you aware of it.
The second one will be in order to analyse the improvement of each team member.
How will we do it?
- Create an efficient assessment tool through questionnaires
- two evaluations that each member will have to complete in order to give their opinion about each team member
- Provide relevant report to each team member
- Thanks to the help of the HR department, analyses each report and guide each member
